Reading the newspaper gives you information, but not exam ready structure This module specifically links current affairs to your static syllabus, focuses on how topics are actually asked in Prelims and Mains, and builds backward/forward linkages you won’t get from just reading news on your own.

Both. Topics are specially divided into Mains, and separate UPSC & MPSC Prelims focus, so the same weekly sessions serve both exam patterns without you needing two separate current affairs sources.

Just 1 lecture per week, split into 2 sessions of 2 hours each  designed to be manageable alongside your regular GS/optional preparation, not an extra full-time commitment.

No, a fully bilingual magazine is provided in both Marathi and English, so you’re not disadvantaged either way you can follow in whichever language you’re faster in.

It’s built into every session  instead of treating current events as standalone facts, sessions explicitly connect them back to your static GS topics, so you retain and apply them better during the actual exam rather than memorizing isolated news.

It means learning to connect a current event to its historical background (backward) and its likely future implications (forward)  a skill examiners specifically reward in Mains answers, rather than just stating the event itself.

The module has a special focus on a curated set of trusted sources Loksatta, Maharashtra Times, PIB, Down To Earth, The Hindu, and Express Explained so you’re not randomly jumping between dozens of unreliable sources.

No, there are special Maharashtra centric analytical events specifically for Mains, in addition to the national and international coverage so MPSCb specific relevance isn’t an afterthought.

The module is led by Dhananjay Sir, who is also faculty for Economics and PSIR (Optional)  meaning current affairs is taught with direct subject-linkage expertise, not by a generalist instructor.

It runs for a full One Year, giving you continuous, cumulative current affairs coverage rather than a short burst that leaves gaps in your preparation closer to the exam.

You get prompt evaluation and feedback on weekly Mains questions as part of the module it’s not passive lecture only learning, there’s an active writing and feedback loop built in.

It’s designed to run as its own One Year module. Please confirm with the admissions team whether you can join it standalone or if it needs to be paired with another batch, as this can vary by intake.

Fee details, along with any available installment options, are shared during the admissions counselling session please contact the Prayaas Education admissions team for the current fee structure.

You can visit the Prayaas Education center, call or WhatsApp the admissions team, or click ‘Enroll Now’ on the course page to book a free counselling session and complete your admission.
