Quick Answers Before You Enroll
What does 'mentorship' actually mean in this Prelims batch is it just a buzzword?
No, it’s structured. Every student gets a dedicated mentor assigned to them, plus regular one-to-one interactions and discussions with the Super Mentor, Aaditya Sir — so you get both individual tracking and access to senior guidance, not just group lectures.
How many tests will I actually take, and are they close to the real exam experience?
You get 27 Weekend Prelims Tests (21 GS + 6 CSAT), plus 12 Sectional, 3 Revision, and 6 Full-Length Tests. All Prelims tests are conducted in an actual exam-like environment, not just online quizzes.
Does this also cover Mains, or is it strictly Prelims-only?
Both, till January. Prelims components (Geography, Environment, Economy, Polity) run alongside Mains components (Society, Governance, Social Justice, Ethics, International Relations, Internal Security) with weekly answer writing, before shifting focus fully to intensive Prelims practice from January.
How much daily practice is actually expected from me?
From January onwards, you get extensive daily MCQ solving 35 GS MCQs daily with detailed explanations, so there’s a clear, consistent daily target rather than vague self-study.
Will my descriptive/Mains answers actually be evaluated, or just the MCQs?
You get 7 GS Descriptive Tests specifically, each with time evaluation, model answers, and discussion sessions — so descriptive answer writing is tracked and improved, not just MCQ scores.
What happens after each weekend test do I just get a score, or actual feedback?
Weekend tests are followed by detailed discussion sessions, so you understand not just what you got wrong, but why, and how to approach similar questions better next time.
Is there a fixed day for revision, or am I expected to plan that myself?
Every Saturday is specifically reserved for Weekly Revision, so revision isn’t left to chance it’s built into your weekly schedule.
I'm weak in current affairs do I need to join a separate batch for that?
No, a Dedicated Current Affairs Batch is included as part of this program, so you don’t need to enroll separately or source it elsewhere.
Will I get proper notes, or am I expected to prepare everything from scratch?
Apt and crisp micro Notes are provided as part of the program, designed for quick revision rather than lengthy self-compiled material.
I'm currently working/studying can I manage this alongside weekend tests and daily MCQs?
The program is available in both Online and Offline modes, and the structure (daily targets + Saturday revision + weekend tests) is designed to be a manageable weekly rhythm if you stay consistent, rather than requiring you to drop everything else.
What if I fall behind is there any check-in, or am I left to catch up alone?
Personal Mentorship and Weekly counselling are built into the program specifically to catch this your mentor tracks your progress and adjusts your plan if you’re falling behind, rather than leaving you to figure it out solo.
What's the fee for this Mentorship batch, and can I pay in installments?
Fee details, along with any available installment options, are shared during the admissions counselling session — please contact the Prayaas Education admissions team for the current fee structure.
